We currently deliver within South Africa. For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, load-shedding, strikes, or courier backlogs. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the courier’s possession.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
